HR Associate

Genesis
10 is seeking an HR Associate for a 12-month contract position with a client located in Lisle, IL. This role is onsite Monday – Thursday and remote on Fridays. Compensation: $30.92 per hour.

The HR Associate will provide direct support to employees, HR groups, and management through a centralized function. This role is responsible for handling a wide variety of HR-related transactions, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of HR documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor general HR email inbox, creating HR cases and assigning them to appropriate HR Consultants as needed
• Provide support and respond to employee requests regarding HR policies and programs
• Route employee requests to appropriate resources or individuals for resolution
• Handle inquiries via phone or online resources as needed
• Process paper and electronic forms for HR activities such as onboarding, status changes, performance evaluations, benefits, and termination.
• Input employee data into HRIS and maintain accurate records

• Associate’s degree and no experience OR at least 1 year of human resources experience
• 1-3 years of HR-related experience preferred (internship experience or recent graduates will be considered)
• Ability to learn processes and systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be onsite Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Friday
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
  10 employees will be considered for this position.
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis
  10 (no corp to corp).
