- Lead the design, build, and support of new Workday HRIT solutions for a growing global workforce
- Manage, advise, and guide project teams involved in business process enhancements
- Own and direct the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday data and workflows
- Design and build enhanced ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR decision-making
- Proactively manage and protect the data integrity of internal HR systems and databases
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of direct Workday configuration experience
- Expertise in cross-module Workday business processes, reporting, and notifications
- Working knowledge of interdependencies among Workday modules and their impacts
- Effective communication skills for translating technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Advanced Compensation and additional HR modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, or Benefits
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose practical solutions
- Adaptability to meet changing requirements and business needs
