Position: Sr Workday HRIS Analyst - Advanced Compensation

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design, build, and support of new Workday HRIT solutions for a growing global workforce
  • Manage, advise, and guide project teams involved in business process enhancements
  • Own and direct the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday data and workflows
  • Design and build enhanced ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR decision-making
  • Proactively manage and protect the data integrity of internal HR systems and databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of direct Workday configuration experience
  • Expertise in cross-module Workday business processes, reporting, and notifications
  • Working knowledge of interdependencies among Workday modules and their impacts
  • Effective communication skills for translating technical information to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Advanced Compensation and additional HR modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, or Benefits
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose practical solutions
  • Adaptability to meet changing requirements and business needs
