What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates
  • Respond to HR‑related inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review
  • Organize onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee paperwork and data entry
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and e‑learning programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human resource‑related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting HR, preferably in the IT or healthcare industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • PHR Certification
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative and support capacity
  • Knowledge of human resource practices
  • Experience using talent management, HRIS, and/or applicant tracking software
  • Experience interacting with outside customers or candidates in a professional manner
