As a Recruiter at UNS, you will play a vital role in shaping a world‑class team of architects and professionals. Based in our dynamic Amsterdam office, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, universities, and the HR team to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while driving ambitious goals.

• Own the recruitment process:
  From sourcing to onboarding, you’ll ensure every step is efficient, effective, and aligned with our goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers:
  Understand their needs, craft tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver results.
• Work with KPIs:
  Set, track, and achieve key performance indicators to measure your success and drive continuous improvement.
• Attract top talent:
  Scout and recruit the best architects, interns, and support staff from around the world.
• Take initiative:
  Proactively identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes, employer branding, and international strategies.
• Build partnerships:
  Strengthen relationships with universities and establish new collaborations globally.
• Drive results:
  Focus on delivering high‑quality hires that align with UNS’s vision and values.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must!
• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A results‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
• A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
