Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vibrant ABA is a growing home-based ABA therapy company, and we’re looking for a Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to help us build and support our amazing team.

• Recruit and hire Behavior Technicians via sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Manage schedules and staffing to ensure client coverage and smooth transitions.
• Coordinate onboarding with the HR department.
• Support retention efforts and help create a positive employee experience.
• Track staffing metrics and report to leadership.

• 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred)
• Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle hiring pipelines and daily staffing operations while maintaining quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interviewing and building relationships with clinical staff and families.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Professionalism, empathy, and a mission-driven approach to working with children and families.

• Competitive hourly pay $25–$30/hr (depending on experience)
