With a commission-driven structure, you have the potential to earn between 30% to 80% of your production. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401K benefit.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Assist clients in filling urgent job positions
• Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements
• Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview
• Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone
• Strong ethical values and integrity
• Effective negotiation skills
