Position: Sr. HR Product & M&A Manager (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead global configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of HR systems
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align and execute M&A-related deliverables
  • Manage HR workstream timelines, deliverables, and risk tracking in partnership with various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations or program/project management
  • 3+ years of experience leading HR components of mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Systems Owner for HR technology
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM strongly preferred

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
