Role Overview
The HREO Transformation Lead is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across all HRTT BPO accounts worldwide. This role ensures global coordination across regional and process transformation leaders, aligning efforts to deliver consistent, efficient, and innovative HR services globally. Key areas include Employee Data Management, Contact Center, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute a global transformation roadmap aligned with BPO Global HR strategy.
- Ensure global coordination across regional and process transformation leaders to maintain consistency and synergy.
- Identify opportunities for global process standardization, automation, and digital enablement.
- Lead implementation of global HR technology solutions and assets.
- Drive adoption of self‑service and AI‑enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and change management.
- Monitor compliance with international labor laws, GDPR, and corporate standards.
- Track KPIs and SLAs to measure transformation impact globally.
- Global reduction in process cycle times and error rates.
- Improved employee satisfaction scores for HR services worldwide.
- Achievement of automation and digital adoption targets globally.
This role can be based anywhere in the USA.
Required technical and professional expertiseRequired
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR operations or shared services, with at least 5 years in global transformation leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale HR process improvements and technology implementations globally.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP, Service Now) and automation tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a global matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
