Your mission as a Sourcing Specialist at Talent Pop is to manage job postings and ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for open positions. This position is vital in enhancing the recruitment process by tracking applications, hitting weekly application targets, and maintaining effective communication with candidates.
Responsibilities- Create, update, and manage job postings across various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with company branding and requirements.
- Monitor and track job applications using Hub Spot Dashboards
- Ensure all applications are processed promptly and categorized appropriately.
- Set and monitor weekly application targets for all open roles to ensure adequate candidate flow.
- Analyze application data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Internal Recruitment Specialists, Internal Recruitment Manager, RSM and/or Director of Recruitment to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on application volumes and candidate quality to the recruitment team.
- Identify trends in application sources and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Self-sufficient, quick learner, and driven
- Works well independently and collaboratively
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to multiple tasks
- Positive, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback
- 1 year minimum experience working as a Virtual/Administrative/Executive Assistant
- Experience working in Recruitment is not required but preferred!
- Knowledge/Experience with Hub Spot, Calendly, Canva, and Excel is a delightful plus!
- Strong proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Slack, and Email
- Must be willing to work US Pacific Standard Time
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (20 mbps minimum)
- Backup internet connection is required (5 Mbps minimum)
- Laptop/Desktop with a Minimum Core i5 or Ryzen 5 with at least 8GB RAM or equivalent system specifications
- Desktop/Laptop PC only (no tablets or smartphones allowed for working tools)
- Must have a reliable power source with minimal power outages
- Having a backup power source is also highly recommended (e.g generator, Portable power station)
- Having a backup location you can go to during a power outage (family member’s house, friend’s house, internet cafe, or a co-working space) is required for all Talent Pop Team members
