Employee Relations Consultant - Remote

• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and performance management practices to leaders
• Conduct fact-finding for performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Identify compliance gaps and collaborate with leaders to enhance policy adherence
• Lead investigations into employee grievances and document findings for business leaders
• Utilize employee relations metrics to detect trends and propose data-driven solutions

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, specifically in employee relations
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in performance management, workplace investigations, and employee relations
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze employee relations data to drive strategic improvements

• AWI Certificate Holder, SPHR/SHRM‑SCP, or Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution certification
• Employee relations experience in a mid‑size corporate environment
• Willingness to actively participate in company culture initiatives
• Experience in influencing and coaching leaders at various levels
