What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and performance management practices to leaders
  • Conduct fact-finding for performance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Identify compliance gaps and collaborate with leaders to enhance policy adherence
  • Lead investigations into employee grievances using structured methodologies
  • Analyze employee relations metrics to detect trends and propose data-driven solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, specifically in employee relations
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • AWI Certificate Holder, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution certification
  • Experience in employee relations within a mid-sized corporate environment
  • Willingness to participate in team-building activities and volunteer opportunities
