• Monitor requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct screening and interviews for candidates
• Utilize various dashboards and resume searches to source and interview applicants
• Create detailed profiles of hiring needs across different market locations
• Assist in addressing recruitment challenges in difficult markets throughout the U.S.
• Provide management with recommendations for recruitment improvements based on analytical findings

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience desired; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and writing skills, along with planning and project management capabilities
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively
• Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

• Experience in recruitment within the security services industry
• Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Previous background in handling sensitive and confidential information
