HR Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist

Adecco Italia SpA is looking for Global Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to join the HR Team in Bolton Food Business Unit, based in Italy.

Main

Activities:

Support Global Talent Programs - Execute key talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, career frameworks, and talent review cycles across regions.

Develop and Deliver OD Solutions - Contribute to organizational development initiatives including culture programs, team effectiveness interventions, and change management support.

Learning & Capability Development - Help design, curate, and coordinate global learning programs, supporting capability building for leaders and employees.

Data & Insights - Analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and provide insights that enhance decision-making and improve program effectiveness.

Stakeholder Partnership - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and global teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of talent and OD initiatives across all countries.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field3-4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR—ideally in a global or multinational environment.

Experience supporting performance management cycles, talent reviews, leadership development, and/or change management initiatives.

Good knowledge of Italian, English (Spanish is a nice to have). What's in for you:
