Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated independent recruiter to source and place qualified CDL-A drivers. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation based on successful placements.
- Source and screen potential CDL-A drivers through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone screenings to assess driver qualifications, experience, and CDL status
- Guide qualified candidates through the referral and placement process
- Maintain accurate records of driver applications and placement status
- Build relationships with potential candidates to maximize placements
Commission-only based on successful driver placements
No hourly pay, salary, or benefits
Income potential depends on effort and results
Requirements- Must provide your own computer, phone line, and internet access
- Set your own schedule and work hours
- Experience in driver recruiting, sales, or the trucking industry preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Results-oriented and able to work independently
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You control when and how you work. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and equipment. This is not an employee position and does not include benefits or guaranteed income.
