What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Plan, develop, and monitor human resources compliance programs, ensuring staff is informed of compliance issues
  • Serve as a liaison to federal, state, and local government agencies regarding HR compliance
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on compliance topics and legislative changes affecting operations
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training to HR teams and leaders on compliance programs
  • Manage affirmative action reporting relationships with vendors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Business, or related field
  • Three years’ experience in Human Resources, including compliance-related experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience working with regulatory agencies and surveys
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal
