On behalf of a fast-growing technology company, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the people function. This is a full-time, fully remote role, open to candidates across the EMEA region.
About the RoleAs the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations while supporting the company’s growth across multiple regions. You will play a strategic and hands‑on role in shaping HR policies, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring a positive employee experience in a fully remote, international environment.
This role is ideal for a people‑first leader with strong organizational skills and experience managing HR operations within fast‑paced tech companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems, employee records, and documentation with full confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations across EMEA.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and management on all HR‑related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Previous experience within the technology sector or a remote‑first organization is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience using HR systems such as Bamboo
HR, Zoho People, or similar platforms. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Full‑time remote role across the EMEA region.
