Job Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for Tech and Digital sector roles.
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
* Handle both permanent and contract recruitment (dual desk).
* Demonstrate best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
* Conduct interviews and manage candidate feedback.
* Negotiate recruitment fees and candidate remuneration packages.
* Drive new business development through proactive sales and networking.
* Collaborate with a team of successful recruiters and contribute to agency growth.### Requirements
* Proven experience in
** IT/Tech recruitment**.
* Strong track record of
** successful 360 billings**.
* Ability to operate consultatively with clients and candidates.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
* Driven, proactive, and ambitious mindset.### Salary & Benefits
* ** Salary:
** AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 basic per month.
* Work from home
** 2 days a week**.
* Option to work remotely for
** 3 months per year**.
* ** Half-day Fridays**.
* Relocation package available.
