Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. Total earnings are limitless based on your efforts, as you are the creator of your own success.

Solid experience in a leadership, recruiting, human resource or sales position

Self-driven and competitive in nature

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional, remote office environment

Possesses strong communication skills and integrity

Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships

Goal-oriented

The financial ability to pay the Initial Business Tools and Resources Fee and to support yourself during the training and ramp-up period of 3 to 4 months no base salary or draw.
