Fully Remote - Sales Role

Join gpac as a fully remote sales specialist. This role offers a flexible work environment and the opportunity to help clients and candidates find optimal fit while accelerating your career growth.

U.S. salary range: $32,500.00‑$ per year. Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, paid twice monthly.

Entry level

Full‑time

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements

This commission-driven position allows you to earn between 30‑80% of your production, with no cap.
