• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Assist clients in filling urgent job positions.
• Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements.
• Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview.
• Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity.
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
• Strong ethical values and integrity.
• Effective negotiation skills.
