Position: Sr. Workday HCM Analyst - Human Resources (FT - Remote Option)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Administer the Workday HCM software to implement, develop, maintain, and support applications within functional areas
  • Collaborate with audit teams to ensure all key controls are met
  • Manage HR, Payroll administration, and Benefits practices
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
  • Demonstrate effective communication and relationship-building skills across departments and with the public
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or 5 years of progressive HR experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of three years' experience with HR, Payroll administration, and Benefits practices
  • One to two years of Workday experience or ten years in an HRIS support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Human Resource related certification
  • Experience with various Workday modules including Benefits, Core HR, Integrations, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of professionalism
  • Experience working in a global setup
