• Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity.
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
• Strong ethical values and integrity.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Degree preferred; we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

Commission‑driven structure with potential earnings of 30%–80% of production.
