We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your earning goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
  
  A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
