Remote Search Consultant

We do not require prior recruiting experience; we provide training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching. We are a team that pushes each other to exceed goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Base salary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, commissions can range from $40,000 to $500,000+ annually, not capped. After the waiting period, you are eligible to participate in gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
