As our Senior/Lead Recruiter you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA - sourcing, engaging, and closing world‑class talent.

This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

• You’ll own end‑to‑end recruiting across product, GTM and leadership roles
• You’ll build and deliver a high‑velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
• You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
• You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution
• You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate Dual Entry’s growth
• You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth startups
• Proven track record sourcing and closing top GTM and product talent
• Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
• Practical, high‑speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
• Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
