Nanosoft Consulting specializes in providing technical recruitment, staffing, and consulting services to organizations in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering, and a broad range of other technical disciplines. We are searching for a technical recruiter to join our growing team.

You will partner with our hiring leaders to identify and attract top talent, focusing on key engineering and operational functions across the organization. • creating and posting job listings on various job boards
• Utilizing professional internet platforms to source for candidates
• Building a strong pipeline of quality prospective candidates
• Performing pre-screening phone calls and video interviews with candidates
• Adding prospective candidates to the applicant tracking system
• Submitting candidates to the management team
• Handling multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• Sending recruiting emails with current job openings to prospects
• Providing administrative support to the management team
• Participating in a weekly company conference call

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience
• Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness
• Ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a positive attitude that is focused on building business
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
