Salary: $97,386 – $138,702 USD (Full‑time, 40 hours per week)

Job DescriptionSenior HRIS Analyst – administers Workday HCM software, implements, develops, maintains, and supports HR applications within functional areas.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Workday HCM to implement, develop, maintain, and support HR applications.
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure key controls are met.
- Assist with Workday integrations, benefits, core HR, talent, recruiting, payroll, advanced reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality, work independently with minimal supervision.
- Work in high‑paced multi‑tasking environment, global setup, varying responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, multi‑tasking, prioritizing, meet timelines.
- Effective oral and written communication, self‑starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure.
- Professionalism, relationship development, interdepartmental collaboration.
- Proficient in PC and various software, operating office equipment.
- High‑paced, multi‑tasking environment, global setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (or 5 years progressive recent HR experience).
- Preferred Human Resource related certification.
- Three years’ experience in HR, Payroll administration, Benefits practices.
- One to two (2‑5) Years of Workday experience or 10+ years in an HRIS support role.
- Preferred Workday experience in Benefits, Core HR, Integrations, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Advanced Reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing, walking.
- May lift up to 20 pounds.
- Requires significant use of personal computer, phone, and office equipment.
- Requires adequate visual acuity, ability to handle objects, communicate effectively.
- May require off‑site travel.
