Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Construction – Tampa Florida
Join WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Construction Recruitment team. Whether you’re fresh out of school, uni, or new to sales, this role offers a full training pathway and the chance to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
Location: Tampa, Florida
Schedule: 4 days in our downtown office, 1 day Work From Home
What You’ll Do: You’ll learn the ropes with a team of experienced recruiters, support clients to find and place top talent, work with industry‑leading clients, and eventually build your own desk.
