We are currently assisting our client, a private family office, with a search for a Recruiting Coordinator.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position supports the full hiring lifecycle by managing scheduling, communication, and administrative processes that keep recruitment running smoothly. Be the key liaison between candidates, third-party recruiting agencies, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling:
    Arrange phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite meetings while managing calendars across teams. This may include coordinating travel for some candidates.
  • Manage candidate communication:
    Send updates, confirmations, and follow?ups to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support applicant tracking:
    Track candidate progress and maintain candidate life cycle reporting.
  • Coordinate hiring logistics:
    Organize assessments, background checks, travel arrangements, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Improve processes:
    Identify workflow improvements and support standardization of recruiting procedures.

  • Organizational excellence - ability to manage multiple tasks, calendars, and deadlines
  • Attention to detail - accurate documentation and scheduling
  • Customer service mindset - ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Problem solving ability - navigating scheduling conflicts and process challenges
Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or coordination roles
  • Experience with ATS, PEO systems or HR software
  • Background in administrative support

Location: Remote based out of either South Florida or Greater Seattle Area
Length of Assignment: 6 months
Compensation Range: $35 - $40/hour
