HR & IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

At MDW, we continue to grow and are looking for our next HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on technology profiles.

We want someone who enjoys connecting with the best IT talent, drives human resources initiatives, can lead the department, and becomes a strategic partner for our technical teams.

• Design and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for IT profiles.
• Manage end-to-end selection processes : defining roles with team leads, active searching, telephone and soft skills interviews, and support in the offer process.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and good practices in HR.
• Keep track of i+D+I grants and subsidies.
• Promote employer branding programs specific to the tech sector.
• Support managers and teams in development, training, and performance processes.
• Create initiatives to improve the company's organizational culture and promote internal growth.
• Attend trade shows and community events in the sector.

• At least 3 years' experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with a focus on IT.
• Ability to identify and attract tech profiles in a competitive market.
• Solid knowledge of Linked In Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other IT hunting platforms.
• Experience managing key areas of Human Resources : talent development, performance management, culture, work environment.
• Experience with HR management platforms (Factorial).
• Strategic mindset, clear communication, and passion for the tech sector.
• Language :
  Spanish (required), English (nice to have)
