Job SummaryThe Director, HR Business Partner partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities. This role balances strategic advisory work with hands‑on execution, supporting leaders across performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This role is critical to scaling the business by ensuring leaders are effective, employees are engaged, and people decisions support business outcomes.

- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, performance, and talent strategy
- Coach leaders on people management, feedback, and development
- Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance
- Support organizational design and change initiatives
- Use people data and insights to inform recommendations
- Drive adoption of core HR programs and processes
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including strong HRBP background
- Experience supporting Director- and VP-level leaders
- Solid working knowledge of employment law and ER best practices
- Strong judgment, executive presence, and influencing skills
- Ability to be in‑office 4 days per week
