Position Title: SAP Success Factors Module Admin

Location: Remote

Role: Contract to Hire (2yr contract)

Rate: Open – (benefits included, PTO not included)

Start Date: January 2026

Position Overview

We are casting for a SAP Functional Success Factors Module Administrator. This role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the Learning (LMS) and Onboarding 2.0 modules within SAP Success Factors. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a customer‑focused mindset to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administration and technical support for the SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage configurations, and test system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and other departments to identify process improvements and configuration changes aligned with business needs.
  • Support integrations with third‑party systems and participate in system projects as required.
  • Create and maintain accurate system documentation, admin procedures, and training materials.
  • Partner with HR Analytics to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct audits, ensure data integrity, and resolve interface errors or unexpected results.
  • Provide end‑user support and manage tickets in Service Now.
  • Communicate with SAP Support for ticket escalation and resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of SAP HCM/Success Factors administration experience (Learning and Onboarding modules required).
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and system configuration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and operate with a sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Employee Central mini master.
  • Prior HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • SAP Success Factors Expert (SFX) accreditations.
  • Experience in system implementations or integrations.
