The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and make a real impact within a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the construction, trades, and labour industry.

* Managing job adverts and candidate applications.

* Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability.

* Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.

* Coordinating compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation and certifications.

* Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and database management.

* Maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

* A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

* Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.

* A good understanding of the construction, trades, and labour sector is a bonus.
