We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to spot A-players fast, hold quality conversations, and make sure candidates are a great fit before they ever meet the client.
Tasks- Source and identify top DTC-focused talent (e.g. marketers, creatives, operations managers).
- Reach out to candidates through Linked In and other platforms with high-quality, personalized messages.
- Qualify candidates through initial chats or structured calls, assessing both technical skills and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Keep everything organized in our CRM (Airtable / Click Up) and track candidate status accurately.
- Collaborate daily with our Customer Success Manager and Interview Manager to align on priorities, client feedback, and next steps.
- Suggest process improvements to keep our sourcing and matching flow sharp, fast, and clutter-free.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing — ideally within marketing, creative, or DTC industries.
- Comfortable working with outreach tools, boolean search, and Linked In.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (you’ll be messaging a lot of candidates daily).
- Highly organized and proactive — we value precision, structure, and ownership.
- Fluent in English; confident holding warm, natural conversations with candidates.
- Positive, fast-moving, and detail-oriented personality who thrives in a small, hands-on team.
- Work directly with fast-growing DTC brands across the world.
- Learn modern recruiting and client-side communication — you’ll work closely with leadership, not behind the scenes.
- Remote setup with structured routines, check-ins, and full operational support.
- Clear systems, no clutter, and a transparent performance environment — smooth, not chaotic.
- Opportunity to grow into senior roles (Interview Manager or Client Manager) as we scale.
- Contractor / freelancer agreement (independent contractor setup).
- Performance-based pay structure — pay-per-application (5-10$) or pay-per-closing (200-500$)
- Weekly beginning-of-week status update to stay aligned with the team.
