Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, developing HR strategies, providing sound advice to management on all HR‑related matters, and recruiting talented associates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail‑oriented, have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and be a great recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates; reach out to passive candidates and actively recruit them.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR‑related matters.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR professional and recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
