• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of professional, agency recruiting experience
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in both direct hire recruiting and business development
• Technical understanding of refining and petrochemical industry roles (e.g., engineering, health & safety, economics, planning, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Integrity, passion, persistence, work ethic, humility, and humor
