Position: Bilingual Recruiter – Remote (USA-based, Ashland, Virginia region)

Bilingual Recruiter – Remote (USA-based, Ashland, Virginia region)

Our  client, a well-established and respected company in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing HR team. This is a remote opportunity (based in or near Ashland, Virginia
) with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to various sites, including training at their international headquarters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting hiring needs for salaried positions across the U.S. and partner closely with internal stakeholders to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions across the U.S.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network and presence on social media.
  • Create engaging and targeted job postings and advertisements.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing via platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and others.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Attraction team to implement effective visibility strategies.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Participate in hiring events and contribute to talent acquisition branding initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
  • Strong track record recruiting for U.S.

    -based roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors (Recruitment module).
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (French as a second language is required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning in the recruitment field.
