• Proven success in a recruitment agency environment.
• 360 recruitment experience is essential (including Business Development).
• Experience in placing administrative, operations or HR support (highly beneficial).
• Experience recruiting into financial services (highly beneficial).
• A relationship-first mindset and a drive to deliver results.
