We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage your client accounts, taking full responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the relationship, and handling the full recruitment lifecycle.
Salary: Up to £32,000 P/A + commission + car allowance
Location: Segensworth, Fareham - Moving to Portchester early Feb.
Responsibilities- Effectively prioritising each client request and assignment, managing expectations throughout and meeting agreed deadlines
- Taking job profiles, understanding job descriptions, and advertising vacancies across various job boards (Reed, CV Library, Indeed and )
- Using social media platforms and Boolean searching on job boards to source candidates CVs to match client’s needs
- Reviewing job applications and contacting candidates to conduct prescreens
- Discussing clients job descriptions with candidates over the phone, assessing their capabilities and skill sets
- Sending out job information emails
- Formatting CVs and writing candidate profiles to be sent to clients
- Supporting candidates through submitting their CVs and preparing for job interviews with clients, and obtaining interview feedback via phone, email and Teams/video chat
- Producing weekly and monthly statistic reports and presenting findings to key points of contact
- Preparing for and running the clients weekly/fortnightly/monthly update meetings and sharing market insights where possible
- Conducting 1st stage video interviews with all candidates being submitted using the Odro platform
- Liaising with hiring managers to book interviews, obtain CV feedback, and share interview feedback
- Taking responsibility for ensuring your accounts renew year on year and participating in negotiation stages
- Maintaining the in-house database, creating and updating candidate records
- Obtaining candidates GDPR and right to work documentation
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Making verbal job offers and coordinating the onboarding process
- Delivering interview workshops/bespoke workshops as per client requests
The ideal candidate must have some account management or in-house/RPO experience from a recruitment environment, ideally from either an engineering, manufacturing or construction environment.
