Meyer Lab is seeking a self-directed, highly driven individual to join our Meyer family as Recruiter I. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, this role will make an impact by sourcing and screening top talent to ensure company growth goals are met. The right candidate will be one that is self-directed, has a proven track record of success in recruiting, is able to manage multiple priorities at once, and can ensure deadlines are met.

Brief Description Meyer Lab is seeking a self-directed, highly driven individual to join our Meyer family as Recruiter I. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, this role will make an impact by sourcing and screening top talent to ensure company growth goals are met. The right candidate will be one that is self-directed, has a proven track record of success in recruiting, is able to manage multiple priorities at once, and can ensure deadlines are met.

• Create job ads and post online
• Review resumes and conduct pre-screen phone calls
• Actively source and attract candidates through databases, social media, etc
• Send application documents to candidates to be completed
• Conduct phone interviews once moved to Recruiter II role
• Update and maintain company compliance documentation
• Assist with other special projects as needed

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience recruiting for B2B outside sales positions
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience actively sourcing candidates
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative
  
  Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change
• Ability to work from home and live within 25 miles of Blue Springs, MO
• Must enjoy having FUN at work!
