Your Responsibilities
  • Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our advanced platform alongside your personal network
  • Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce MLR career offerings and assess their interest
  • Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
  • Follow up with leads to keep the interest alive and facilitate their hiring journey
  • Ensure accurate and current records are maintained within our applicant tracking system
  • Receive commission based on meetings organized, interviews held, and successful hires from your leads

Your Earnings

This is a commission-only role focused on performance. There are no limits to your earning potential or success.

You will earn based on actual value created:

  • Commission for each confirmed meeting you arrange
  • Additional earnings when interviews occur as a result of your outreach
  • Higher commission rates for new business generated
  • Bonus commission for placements successfully made that originated from your outreach
  • More opportunities to earn based on your performance (e.g., retention bonuses)
