Position: Temporary Onboarding Coordinator (Remote - EST/CST)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, including offer letters and compliance documentation.
  • Process administrative documents related to Human Resources activities using electronic signature software.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates.
  • Utilize reporting tools to track candidate progress and provide metrics to leadership.
  • Act as an onboarding liaison between various departments and assist with internal and external audits.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or other high-volume activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with automated offer letter preparation and revision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time-sensitive deadlines.
