A payroll services company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to manage payroll operations for multiple subsidiaries. You will ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation while processing payroll for approximately 300 employees. The ideal candidate will oversee statutory payments, manage reconciliations, and liaise with HR and finance departments. This hybrid position allows for 2 days of remote work, with 3 days in the office in Lincoln.
