- Lead hiring teams in creating structured interview processes for skill‑based decision‑making
- Maintain data integrity in the recruitment pipeline and share data‑centric updates with stakeholders
- Drive the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates
- Minimum of 5+ years of full‑cycle corporate recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical recruitment
- Significant experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates for engineering roles
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with stakeholders
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities
- General knowledge of HR principles and employment laws, with discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for employer‑related business
