What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for multiple, complex technical searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with their hiring needs and goals
  • Lead hiring teams in creating structured interview processes for skill‑based decision‑making
  • Maintain data integrity in the recruitment pipeline and share data‑centric updates with stakeholders
  • Drive the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5+ years of full‑cycle corporate recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical recruitment
  • Significant experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates for engineering roles
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities
  • General knowledge of HR principles and employment laws, with discretion in handling confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for employer‑related business
