- Manage a portfolio of high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with offer letters and background checks.
- Process and review administrative documents related to Human Resources activities using electronic signature software.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates.
- Utilize reporting and dashboards to track candidate progress and metrics.
- Provide feedback to department leadership to promote process improvements and ensure timely compliance with onboarding documents.
- High school diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or other high-volume activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including strong skills in Excel.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
- Experience with automated Offer Letter preparation and reviewing offer details.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and standards in HR processes.
