Position: Temporary Onboarding Coordinator (Remote - EST/CST)

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with offer letters and background checks.
  • Process and review administrative documents related to Human Resources activities using electronic signature software.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates.
  • Utilize reporting and dashboards to track candidate progress and metrics.
  • Provide feedback to department leadership to promote process improvements and ensure timely compliance with onboarding documents.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or other high-volume activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including strong skills in Excel.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated Offer Letter preparation and reviewing offer details.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation and standards in HR processes.
