Senior Recruiter (Project Management)

Join our dynamic staffing team as a Senior Recruiter, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success through strategic placements and building strong candidate relationships. Compensation: $50k-$60k + commission

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Hybrid, 2 days in-office and 3 days remote work.

• Manage and grow assigned accounts
• Recruit and place direct hire and temporary openings
• Source active and passive candidates through various means including referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
• Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future
• Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical
• Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Post job ads on job boards and social media
• Foster relationships with current employees to drive referrals

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience in professional roles
• Ability to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to build relationships with candidates
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Experience with MS Office suite of applications
• Experience with job boards and social media sites (Indeed, Linked In)
• Ability to work under stressful conditions
