** if you have the following required qualifications:
You’rea fit for the role of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, or HR Systems.

Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, compliance requirements, and global operating models.

Experience with Workday and strong working knowledge with TA technology platforms. Demonstrated ability to identify process pain points, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and collaborate with digital teams to design and implement enhancements that optimize TA workflows.

Skilled in partnering with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, HR Systems and other key stakeholders to align processes with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage change and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
** Additional preferred qualifications include:
** Demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring, or delivering training programs to a team Proven ability to establish and enforce global standards for assessment tools and processes while managing workflows to ensure fairness, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.

Experience in managing vendor relationships, including performance monitoring and contract compliance.
