Senior Payroll Specialist – Fully Remote (Temporary Engagement)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist for a temporary engagement in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a hands‑on payroll lead with high‑volume processing experience and strong expertise in both U.S. and international payroll platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process high-volume payroll for approximately 1,500 employees
- Lead and oversee payroll operations as a hands‑on supervisor
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution across U.S. payroll (ADP) and international payroll (Cloud Pay)
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal controls
- 5+ years of payroll experience
, including supervisory or lead responsibilities - Strong hands‑on experience with ADP (U.S. payroll) and Cloud Pay (international payroll)
- Proven success managing high‑volume, multi‑entity payrolls
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and effective in fast‑paced environments
- Fully remote engagement
