Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform alongside your network to identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates.
• Initiate outreach to inform potential candidates about MLR opportunities and explore their interest.
• Organize appointments for candidates to connect with our recruiters for comprehensive assessments.
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey.
• Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system.
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your connections.

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based opportunity, providing an uncapped potential for income and allowing you limitless possibilities for success.

• Commission for each qualified meeting you secure.
• Additional earnings when interviews are completed from your outreach.
