YourKey Responsibilities
- Utilize our exclusive platform alongside your professional network to identify potential healthcare candidates
- Engage with prospective candidates, presenting MLR's unique opportunities and assessing their interest
- Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruitment experts for in-depth evaluations
- Provide ongoing support to maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring process
- Ensure thorough documentation within our applicant tracking system
- Achieve commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hiring from your leads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A proactive, self-starting attitude – you design your day, without constraints
- Passion for outreach, relationship-building, and empowering individuals on their career path
- No previous recruiting experience is necessary – if you're organized and enterprising, we'll equip you with the tools you need
